Our boutique Yoga Teacher Training programme is designed around personal attention, practical experience, and meaningful progression. With small, close-knit groups, every trainee receives individual mentoring, develops their own yoga practice, and gradually builds the skills and confidence needed to guide others.

Rather than simply studying how to teach yoga, you will have opportunities to put what you learn into practice. As you progress through the programme, you will observe classes, practise teaching within your group, and ultimately gain supervised experience teaching real retreat guests.

Our training is structured around three progressive stages: Discover, Grow, and Lead.

All participants begin their journey together as one cohort. This means that whether you choose the 50-hour Foundation programme or continue all the way through to the 200-hour professional certification, you begin alongside the same group of students from day one.

Our 50-hour Yoga Foundation programme is the perfect place to begin. Spend a week immersing yourself in yoga, strengthening your personal practice, and gaining a deeper understanding of what lies behind a thoughtfully taught yoga class.

Greater awareness of your own practice

10 Days | 100 Hours | From 53,500 THB

Ready to move beyond your personal practice and begin learning how to guide others?

The 100-hour Teaching Confidence programme takes your training further, combining deeper practical knowledge with an introduction to the skills required to plan, structure, and teach yoga classes.

You will begin developing your own teaching style in a supportive environment where there is space to practise, receive feedback, ask questions, and grow in confidence.

Your training includes:

Deeper asana practice and understanding
Pranayama and breathwork
Biomechanics and functional movement
Injury awareness and safer teaching practices
Yoga history and philosophy
Class planning and sequencing
Teaching communication and instruction
Guided teaching practice within small groups
Constructive feedback and personal mentoring

By the end of this stage, you will have moved from simply understanding yoga to beginning to understand how to share it with others.

21 Days | 200 Hours | From 87,900 THB

For those ready to take the complete journey, our 200-hour Professional Yoga Teacher Training provides an immersive pathway towards becoming a confident and professionally prepared yoga teacher.

Throughout four weeks of training, you will develop the practical, theoretical, and interpersonal skills required to plan and lead yoga classes while gaining something particularly valuable: real teaching experience.

Rather than finishing your training having practised only with fellow trainees, you will progress towards supervised teaching sessions with real guests at THE COZY Retreat. This gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge in an authentic class environment while still benefiting from the guidance and feedback of your mentors.

Anatomy, biomechanics, and injury awareness
Yoga history and philosophy
Professional teaching methodology
Class sequencing and lesson planning
Communication, demonstration, and cueing skills

Successful graduates receive a Yoga Alliance-recognised 200-hour training certificate and may be eligible to register individually with Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200, subject to Yoga Alliance's current registration requirements.
